Aeration & Overseeding

Aeration involves perforating the soil with small holes to improve air, water, and nutrient penetration to the grass-roots, alleviating soil compaction and promoting healthier turf growth. Overseeding, on the other hand, is the process of spreading grass seed over an existing lawn to fill in bare patches, increase grass density, and introduce new grass varieties, enhancing the overall resilience and appearance of the lawn. These practices are essential for maintaining a lush and vigorous lawn, especially in areas with compacted soil or thinning grass coverage.

Mosquito, Flea, & Tick

Mosquito, flea, and tick treatments for lawns typically involve applying pesticides or insecticides to target and control populations of these pests. These treatments aim to reduce the presence of mosquitoes, fleas, and ticks in outdoor spaces where people and pets frequent, thereby lowering the risk of bites and potential disease transmission. Regular treatments may be necessary, especially during peak pest seasons, to maintain control and protect outdoor spaces.

Soil Sampling

Soil sampling helps to make informed decisions about fertilization, soil amendments, and other practices to improve soil health and productivity. Soil sampling is the process of collecting small, representative portions of soil from a specific area for analysis and testing. This procedure is crucial when assessing the soil's fertility, composition, pH levels, nutrient content, and potential contaminants to help get the best results!
